Thorncliffe Home Care aims to provide quality social care and support services for people to remain at home and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
Thorncliffe Home Care also aims to support people with disabilities, promoting inclusion and developing skills and opportunities to allow individuals to lead a fulfilled and independent life.
We support and care for our service users in two main ways.
For those people that may have lost their ways of independence through old age, physical disability, mental ill health issues or sensory impairment - we help them regain much of their independence and support them to gain a sense of independence and the freedom they desire.
For those people that have a learning disability, have been physically disabled for most of their life, or have mental ill health, or sensory impairments - we help them gain a sense of independence and freedom they desire.
